About Kaitlyn

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn, and I bring over 9 years of experience working with children in both educational and recreational settings. I am a certified teacher in the state of Texas and spent four wonderful years teaching kindergarten, where I developed a deep passion for nurturing young minds through play, structure, and creativity. In addition to my classroom experience, I spent six summers working at a summer camp, where I grew from a counselor role to Assistant Camp Director in my final year. This experience gave me the opportunity to lead programming, manage staff, and create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children of all ages. Whether helping with homework, encouraging imaginative play, or ensuring a smooth daily routine, I bring energy, patience, and professionalism to every moment of care. At this time, I'm available for afterschool hours and weekend care only, and I'm excited to support families who need reliable, experienced help during those times.
