About Kaitlyn

The last 5 years I have taken time off from paid childcare, as I completed a bachelor's and master's degree in social work (nannied throughout my undergrad) and have been a crisis intervention social worker for the last 5 years. I am currently a licensed psychotherapist and will be transitioning my caseload to part time. I am looking for at least a year commitment with a family! I have been working with children (infant - teens) for the last 15yrs in different capacities. I've had the privilege of being a private nanny to three amazing families with children ranging from 3 weeks old to 12 years old and would care for multiple children at a time. Longest time spent with a family was three years, 2014 to 2017. I was a lead caregiver at my church's daycare for 4 years and served in the middle school ministry concurrently. Been babysitting since I was 13 years old and am itching to be a mom of my own in the near future. I have an amazing 14-year-old stepson.
