About Kaitlyn

I have worked with children for 10 years, starting in a church class at 13 years old in the toddler room. I then babysat off and on in my teen years, and I became a caregiver for a little over a year as a floater working with ages 6 months up to 13 years old. Later, I spent some time with the 2 year class for a while, and before leaving I led the infant room for about 6 months. Currently, I am a nanny for a precious 5-month-old, but I am open to occasional babysitting for date nights, last minute needs, etc. I am passionate about fostering a nurturing and fun environment. I'm flexible, reliable, and creative. I also love learning; I am always curious to discover more about anything and everything, and this is something I enjoy passing on to children. Most importantly, I believe in making sure children stay active and are properly encouraged to grow and learn with engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
