About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, easy-going, and attentive to emotional and physical needs. I like working with kids because it feels like a break from a harsher, young adult atmosphere. They bring me joy as they remind me of light-hearted, innocent times and I love to keep that in tact for them! I started working with kids when I was very young! I helped out numerous family friends with caring for their multiple children while they were away for the day or night. I've been around many kids throughout my life and have enjoyed spending time with them! One thing you should know about me is while I haven't had sick children in my care, I've had numerous adult, sick or disabled family members in my care for almost my whole life. I've done my part in both caring for them as well as being exposed to disabilities and illness which I believe has fostered much of my empathy and hospitable personality!
