About Kaitlyn

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn! I'm a caring, reliable, and energetic caregiver with several years of experience working with infants and children of all ages. I currently work as a Teacher Assistant in an infant classroom, where I help provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment for babies ages 0-12 months. I also have experience floating into classrooms with toddlers, preschoolers and older children. I recently earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Disability Studies, and I plan to return to school to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. With this background, I'm especially attentive to children's developmental milestones, motor skills, and individual needs. I'm patient, organized, and adaptable, and I truly enjoy building positive relationships with both children and families.
