About Kaitlyn

Hello! I'm Kaitlyn :) I'm currently attending grad school to obtain my Master's in Occupational Therapy, and received my Bachelor's in psychology at Pitt! I would describe myself as passionate, caring, and creative! I adore working with children because I think having the chance to take part in the development of future change-makers and world-shapers is so special and important. I have worked with kids 2 months to 14 years, and love each stage! Throughout my 6 years of working with kids, I have always focused on lessons of creativity, perseverance, diversity, and self empowerment. I strive to connect with not only the children I work with, but the families as well. I like to help shape the building blocks for well-rounded self and world love, including: appreciation of differences, confidence in boundaries, patience in the face of difficulty, and an understanding that life isn't stagnant it's what you make it!
