Hi! I'm Kaitlyn! I graduated from Colorado State University with a B. S. in Human Development & Family Studies and am currently earning my Master's in Special Education at Arizona State University with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have 10+ years of experience caring for children as a babysitter, nanny, and family assistant, including professional experience supporting children with autism and other neurodivergent needs. I love becoming a dependable part of a family's support system by creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment while also helping with meal prep, homework, organization, light housekeeping, errands, and pet care.
