About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn! I've been caring for children since I was 12 years old and have 4 years of paid childcare experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, completed post-baccalaureate studies in Speech-Language Pathology, and currently work as an Early Intervention Specialist with children from birth to age 3. Through my work, I've gained hands-on experience supporting communication, play, fine and gross motor skills, social-emotional development, and developmental milestones through play-based activities. I have experience caring for children of different ages and abilities through babysitting, professional childcare, and volunteering in my church nursery. I'm patient, attentive, dependable, and communicative, and I'm happy to follow your family's routines and preferences. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your little ones, so my goal is for parents to have peace of mind while they're away and thr kiddos to love when I come!
