About Kaitlyn

I have extensive experience working with children and take pride in being reliable, responsible, and consistent in my work. I have over five years of babysitting experience caring for children ages 0-7, which has given me a strong foundation in meeting the daily needs of young children, including feeding, play, routines, and safety. In addition, I have worked in a childcare setting for three years with children ranging from 2 weeks to 12 years old. This role allowed me to support children at many developmental stages, manage groups, and create a positive, nurturing environment. Through these experiences, I have developed patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child's individual needs.
