About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as Creative, Nurturing, and Playful! I like working with kids because they see the world as we all should. They live their life heart first and with full of imagination! I'm looking for a job that allows me to gain more experience working with children so I can support my long-term goal of becoming an early educator! I began working with kids when I was exploring an education degree in college. I volunteered as a teacher aide at La Verne Science and Technology school. In my spare time, I like to go to the movie theaters! I am a movie-junkie! I also like to go to the library, dance, garden, cook/bake, read books, and connect with nature! One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely love connecting with kids through creativity. If it's arts and crafts, imaginative play, or music, I love making each day fun, engaging, and tailored to each child's personality! My skills include conflict resolution, reading & storytelling, and empathy!
