About Kaitlyn

Hi! I am Kaitlyn! I saw your job post and am interested in getting to know more about the job and your family. I am from the Dundee area and will be home for summer. I love animals especially dogs and have my own big baby. I enjoy being outside and arts and crafts. I am a huge sports fan especially football and hockey. I graduated with a major in elementary education and minors in middle school math, child advocacy and business administration in December of 2024. I am currently working as a graduate assistant at the director of intramural sports for Winona State while completing 2 masters in educational leadership and sports management. While also working as a substitute. I love learning and working on skills with kids while having fun! I find making play intentional for learning is a great way to help children grow naturally. I also enjoy going for walks and playing outside with the kiddos. I also love cooking and enjoy inviting the kids to help as a fun activity!
