About Kaitlyn

Empowering young learners to find joy in discovery is the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students in math, science, test preparation, and study skills, I focus on building lasting confidence rather than rote memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material, while maintaining open communication to ensure our methods remain effective. When concepts become challenging, I keep students engaged by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. I believe that clear, collaborative communication between tutor, student, and parent is essential for building trust and achieving academic goals. Whether we meet online or at your home, I find it incredibly rewarding to watch a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I look forward to partnering with your family to help your student shine.
