We had high hopes for Kait; she interviewed well and communicated effectively before starting. We hired her and she committed to the entire job for a few hours of child care 4x a week for 3 weeks. Just before her first day, she told us she had to leave out of state for a team sport camp meaning that she would miss 3 of the days in our arrangement. Not ideal to try to find a replacement for those days with very little notice. Kait stayed in communication and continued to confirm that she was ready and willing to start back up upon her return, but instead of keeping her commitments, she simply just didn't show up. We are very disappointed with Kait's actions and would not recommend her
