About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn or "Kate" I'm 23 and I graduated from Florida State University in 2024. I'm a certified personal trainer and certified group fitness instructor with two professional certifications, as well in CPR/AED training. Health, wellness, and caring for others are truly my passions. I love working with both children and older adults, and I bring patience, kindness, and positive energy to every person I support. I'm experienced with housekeeping, mobility & fitness assistance, physical activity, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, bathing, and more. I'm also strong and able to lift heavy items or persons when needed. I take pride in living a healthy lifestyle! I don't smoke and I rarely drink. I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy and reliable caring for you or your loved one. My goal is to make everyday life easier, safer, and happier for the people I help.
