About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn was the youngest candidate I interviewed, and she asked the most thoughtful, intentional questions from the very beginning. She came across as genuinely kind, attentive, and curious, and once I saw her interact with my daughter, it confirmed everything. She was a natural fit. We specifically hired Kaitly to provide high-quality, individualized attention to our autistic daughter, and she exceeded that expectation. She was patient, present, and intuitive in a way that’s hard to teach. She met my daughter where she was, followed her lead, and created a calm, supportive environment that made my daughter feel safe and engaged. What stood out even more was her initiative. During quiet times, she didn’t default to downtime; she looked for ways to contribute and support our household, often helping us tidy up without ever being asked. That level of awareness and ownership is rare. We have had at least two other hires, and no one compares to Kaitlyn. Although our time working together was limited to the summer and winter break, Kaitly made a lasting impression on our family. The only reason we are not continuing with her is that our daughter has transitioned to a full-time ABA center. Otherwise, we would absolutely have kept her on. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. She brings warmth, thoughtfulness, and a strong work ethic into everything she does.
