About Kaitlin

I'm a creative and friendly caregiver with five years of experience caring for children of all ages. I spent three years working at an after-school program with kids ages 5-12, helping with homework, activities, and creating a fun, structured environment. I also have experience with toddlers and infants, including regularly caring for a close friend's baby since birth. I love hands-on, engaging care-whether it's outdoor games, crafts, puzzles, or imaginative play. I'm confident enforcing household rules, keeping routines, and maintaining open communication with parents. I have my own transportation, and am happy to help with light housekeeping and meal prep. I'm also a huge animal lover-I foster dogs, volunteer at a shelter, and do dog walking, so I'm very comfortable around pets of all kinds.
