About Kaitlin

Kaitlin has been with our family full time Since September 2021 for our 6 year old son. Kaitlin is extraordinary. She helped prepare our son for Kindergarten, including teaching him how to read and write. Due to the work she did with him, he was accepted into, and is attending, the #2 best private K-12 school in Los Angeles County. In addition to being strong on academics, she is an incredible caregiver. She is loving, affectionate, and attentive, but she is also good at setting boundaries and enforcing household rules. She established a strong playgroup for my son and coordinated activities, field trips, and play dates with the other families. She is a model of healthy eating and an active lifestyle, encouraging my son to play outside and be active. My son thrived under her care. As an employee, she is dependable, flexible, trustworthy, diligent, hardworking, and she has excellent judgment. We are sad that Kaitlin is moving out of state and leaving our family, but we are excited for the next family who gets to have her.
