I grew up in WI, moved out to AZ in 2016 for almost 10 years not consecutively though. I have a few years experience with being a nanny and have a lot of experience of working with all ages of children from 3 months to school age. Ive worked in many daycares, my favorite was pre-kindergarten. I babysat for 4 boys at a time and I still keep in touch them them! I just moved to SC to be closer to family and trying to find a job thst fits my background. My last job in AZ I worked as a pediatric dental assistant. I HIGHLY recommend Kaitlin to anyone lucky enough to get her!!! I was a giant ball of nerves trying to arrange childcare during a trip I was taking to Phoenix from the UK. I had to organize it all from abroad and I had several people let me down. I was very lucky to get an message through from Kaitlin and her communication was exceptional. She not only downloaded an app so we could speak about the trip across continents, she also gave multiple windows of time to be available for any and all communication. She arrived on time for the job, and my 10 month old daughter who had been incredibly difficult for days due to the jet lag of the trip, took to her within minutes. I cannot explain the level of relief I had when I heard my daughter calm within minutes of me leaving her. Kaitlin also gave me updates throughout the day (it was my brothers wedding and she had my daughter for over 10 hours). She eased any and all of my anxieties. She is excellent and I was fortunate to find her!
