About Kaitlin

I cannot recommend Kaitlin highly enough. She cared for my twin boys from the time they were just 12 months old until they were 18 months. Both of my boys were NICU graduates and later diagnosed with ADHD and autism, so finding someone I trusted to understand and support their unique needs was incredibly important to me. From day one, Kaitlin was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. She approached each day with warmth and calm, and it was clear how much she truly cared for the boys. They absolutely adored her — their faces would light up when she arrived, and they always felt safe, comforted, and engaged in her presence. What stood out most to me was how intuitively she adapted to their different personalities and needs. She maintained structure while still being incredibly nurturing, and I always felt at ease knowing they were in her care. Those early months are so important, especially for children with additional needs, and I’m grateful that Kaitlin played such a loving and supportive role during that time. Any family would be lucky to have her. If we could have taken her with us when we moved, we would have!
