About Kaitlin

Hi! My name's Kaiti, I've babysat since 11. I have experience with kids ages 0- 12 years. I babysat in my teens and joined Careers in Ed in HS. I earned my parapro certification along with other trainings. I spent 2 years doing work experience in elementary education, graduated and was hired in 2 months later. I have worked for the schools since. I continue to babysit to this day. I look forward to meeting new families. I currently work with special needs kids. I have experience with kids with ASD, ADHD, ODD, FASD, feeding accoms., behaviors, seizures & more. I am CPR/first aid trained, among other trainings through prior PDs. I enjoy doing art and spending time outdoors. When working with kids I enjoy doing crafts, imaginative games/play, walks, going to the park, and playing outside. I enjoy creating connections, learning and growing with kids, as well as assisting them to co-regulate and work through emotions, communicating at their level and making them feel loved and included.
