Kaitlin took care of our baby daily for two weeks and has also done occasional babysitting for us. She is communicative, friendly, and dependable. She interacts well with our daughter and I feel very lucky that we found her! We already recommended her to friends and will continue to have her babysit until she leaves town after her studies, but maybe we can get her to stay.
