About Kaitlin

Hi, my name is Kaitlin, I am 21 years old, and I have been working with children professionally for 5 years. I am currently working as a K-6 Special Education Paraprofessional, but am looking to switch roles into being a nanny! As a Paraprofessional, I have experience working with children in small group, whole class, and individual settings. I love teaching students and helping them grow and learn throughout the year and seeing their progress first-hand! Some of my skills include: time management, problem solving, attention to detail, teaching, organization, and proficiency in Spanish. I am looking for a full time nanny position with a base compensation of $20/hour. That rate may increase depending on the amount of children or services provided. Thank you!
