Kaitlin and I messaged back and forth for over a month when I decided to hire her. When we set up a meeting time to go over the particulars she was a no show no call no text or email. I texted and called and left a message and still haven't heard back from her. She left me hanging with only 3 days to scramble to find someone else to watch my daughter. I am REALLY disappointed with her. Very unreliable.
