About Kaitlin

I'd describe my personally as responsible, organized, and genuine. I enjoy working with kids as it is important to play an important role in their lives. Seeing their development is not only beneficial to them, but for me to be able to learn from them, too. I'm looking for a job where I feel I am making a difference and able to share my traits and skills in an engaging environment. I take a job seriously and work hard to help support my college education. I started working with kids when I was 17 years old as a full time nanny. In my spare time, I like to find new ways to be active, prioritize time with my family and friends, and joining new clubs to meet new people. One thing you should know about me is I understand this position requires being a dependable person, and children may have busy schedules in the summer. I will make sure they have fun and stay safe! My skills include staying organized, building relationships, and being adaptable to schedules and needs.
