I have three boys age 4 through 9 (they were 2-7 when we first started working with Kaitlin). I have had many babysitters over the years and Kaitlin is by FAR the most responsible, attentive and caring. For the last year and a half, she worked three to four full days a week watching my youngest and ocassionally (weekends, vacations, etc) with my older two. She is always on time, extremely communicative with me (sending reasonable updates and pictures), and creates engaging, age-appropriate, screen-free things for the kids to do. We are heartbroken that we no longer live in the same city again and would hire her again in a heartbeat!
