About Kaitlin

I have a strong background working with children, supported by both my education and hands-on experience. I earned my associate's degree in education, which gave me a solid foundation in child development and teaching strategies. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring I can provide a safe environment in any situation. In addition, I hold a staff credential through DCF. I have two years of teaching experience in a classroom setting, along with over five years of babysitting and nannying, where I developed strong caregiving and communication skills. I also spent two years coaching sports, which helped me build leadership, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.
