Hi, My name is Katie and I am an American Sign Language teacher and interpreter living in Jackson Heights, Queens. I have been working as an ASL teacher for about 7 years. For the last two years, I have been working from home fully since my school is a 1:1 environment. The school I teach through is year-round, so I do not get summers fully off, however, my hours do decrease during the summer. This means that I am pretty booked up for work during the school year. Regarding my childcare, I have worked with children ranging from newborn to high school age. I have hands-on experience nannying and babysitting newborns to elementary-aged children. I have experience with twins as well and am very confident in my care and ability to be a fantastic nanny.
