Hi! My name is Kaitlin, and I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with experience supporting children, families, and individuals in healthcare and caregiving settings. I'm CPR/First Aid trained and passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I especially enjoy hands-on caregiving - whether that's planning fun activities, encouraging developmental growth, helping with routines, or simply being a calm and caring presence throughout the day. I'm patient, attentive, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with families. I have experience in fast-paced caregiving environments and am confident assisting with personal care, behavioral support, mobility needs, and medically complex care while always treating every child with kindness, dignity, and respect.
