Hi! My name is Kaitlin. I am a licensed special education teacher (with a minor in elementary education) with 3 years in the classroom. Currently, I attend graduate school. In general, I have 13 years of experience working with children. This will be my 9th year working with people who have special needs children aged through adulthood. I've provided respite care to wonderful families in their home since 2016. I also worked for NSSRA which is a special recreation that exposes individuals who have disabilities into fun community settings. It is important to me to take the time to understand each individual and build a relationship that will benefit them.
