I can cook, clean, and run errands if needed. I have experience with in-home care as well as long term living care facilities. I believe in letting elderly patients do as much as possible on their own, such as brushing their teeth, washing their face, dressing, bathing, and getting exercise. I will always be right next to each patient helping them if needed, but I will always encourage them to do as much on their own as possible. I always enjoy chatting with each patient and hearing their amazing stories; whether that be hearing someone's favorite recipe, sharing their fondest memory of their childhood, or just chatting about whatever interests them. I have always had compassion in my heart for senior patients as I find its easier for me to hold a conversation. I am a very old soul and love to sing as I work. I will always treat each person with respect, and compassion, I know its not always easy to except having someone help you with everything you used to be able to do on your own.
