Kaily takes care of our three kids and she is awesome! She is bilingual which we needed and she is very reliable. She is with us weekly and always on time. She sets up toys and cleans up after her time with our kids. She also brings extra activities, toys, stickers, little things she knows our kids will enjoy. They love her a lot, are excited to see her and sad when she leaves. We had some separation anxiety with two of ours and she handled it beautifully. She always informs me if there was any incident or potty accident and is very sweet. We love having her watch our kids! We have a 3 year old, 2 year old and a 9 month old and she has handled those ages perfectly!
