About Kailyn

Hi! My name is Kailyn, and I'm a creative, hands-on caregiver with a genuine love for working with children. I have many years of experience caring for and teaching kids ranging in age from 6 months to 15 years old. My background includes working as a substitute teacher in the Wilton School District and coaching youth soccer with the private club AC CT. I believe in supporting every stage of a child's development. Whether that means helping with schoolwork, engaging in arts and crafts, or encouraging social and emotional growth through interactive activities. I'm passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. In addition to my childcare experience, I'm currently training as a student pilot. While aviation is a personal passion of mine, it also means I have a very flexible schedule and can easily adapt to the needs of your family. Overall, I bring energy, patience, and creativity to everything I do.
