About Kailyn

Hello, my passion is working with kids. I am studying to be a speech pathologist for children, and my job experience consists of being a babysitter, camp counselor, and a day care staff. I am a calm person who is creative and friendly and I believe I connect with children well. I believe in open communication with parents. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I ensure a safe and fun environment for the children in my care. From outdoor adventures to board games and technology-based activities, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of games and activities. I am totally capable in assisting with homework and drawing with them as well! With roughly 3-4 years of childcare experience, and a willingness to assist with tasks like cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision, I am well-equipped to care for up to three children between the ages of 4 and 14. I have a car and am willing to drive for the job. And I am an animal lover!
