About Kailyn

Hello, I'm Kailyn! I was raised on a cattle ranch with my two younger brothers in Southern Central Washington, and have two children of my own. I attained my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development which contained a heavy coursework load in Early Child Development and have spent most of my life caring for children. My approach with children is gentle, friendly, and warm. I am very nurturing and empathetic so am most comfortable with caring for one child, age 0-2 that I can form a connection with. I am ideally searching for a long term full time position. I value a holistic approach to childcare, surrounding them with non-toxic environments as much as possible. I enjoy engaging babies in sensory nature activities, songs, and age appropriate education. I am happy to assist with chores, meal prep, errands, etc. I look forward to the opportunity to learn more about your family and how I can best support you!
