About Kailyn

Hi! My name is Kailyn, and I'm currently a junior at Illinois State University majoring in Early Childhood Education. Working with children is not only what I'm studying, but it's also what I love most. For the past three summers, I've worked as a camp recreational leader where I cared for kids all day planning activities, keeping them engaged, and making sure everyone was safe and happy. Along with that, I've been babysitting my two younger siblings since I could remember including one who has autism, which has taught me patience, understanding, and flexibility. I hope to find a family I can grow with, where I can bring my skills, creativity, and kindness to help your children thrive. I'm responsible, caring, and always ready to support kids as they learn, play, and build confidence. Most importantly, I truly love being around children and creating a safe, fun environment for them.
