About Kaily

Hello! My name is Kaily & I am a college student coming home for the summer looking for a part-time position. I am the oldest sibling & cousin in my family, so I have grown up taking care of kids of all ages. Personality traits: energetic, reliable, & patient Hobbies: reading, painting, cooking/baking, traveling, collegiate speech and debate, spending time with my loved ones, & volunteering in my community Skills: building independence, encouraging life-long learning, & working with each child individually to learn who they are/the best ways to support them; experience with neurodivergent and/or special needs children Faorite things to do with kids: arts & crafts, outside fun, & age-appropriate self-care activities My childcare philosophy is that our tiny humans are the next generation of creatives, innovators, & world-changers.
