About Kaili

Hi! I'm Kaili, but I go by KJ. I'm 27 years old, live in Bemidji, and am currently a junior at BSU completing my BS in Visual Arts Education to become a K-12 art teacher. Over the past 7 years, I have built a dedicated professional background in the local school system, working directly with students across preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels. My experience includes 7 years as a Special Education Paraprofessional (including substitute roles right here in the Bemidji school district) and as an ABA Behavior Technician. Because of this classroom background, I excel at establishing positive academic routines, helping students focus, and breaking down homework into manageable, stress-free steps. I love finding creative, patient ways to help students connect with what they are learning.
