About Kailina

I have an EdD in educational leadership, an M. Ed in Elementary/Early Childhood Education, and a B. A. in Early Childhood Education, Social Justice Education, and Outdoor Education. I have worked for many years in a variety of childcare settings including summer camps, daycares, private schools, public schools, and nannying. I have also worked as an administrator in outdoor schools and as a consultant for childcare facilities in the area. These experiences have allowed me to work with a diverse range of children, spanning from 2 months old to 16 years old. I have plenty of references, available as needed. Given my advanced qualifications, I will only consider work that can meet my salary expectations. I look forward to finding a family whose schedule and values match my own!
