About Kailie

Hi, I'm Kailie! To tell a little about myself, I have a Bachelor's degree and over six years of childcare experience. I have worked as a teacher for four years with children ages ranging from 2 to Pre-K, as well as six months solely teaching Pre-K where I focused on early learning, emotional growth, and building strong routines. I also have finished all of my hours for my Child Development Associate certification. I love incorporating reading, creative play, and hands-on activities into each day while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified and value clear communication with families to ensure children feel secure, encouraged, and happy. My goal is to support each child's development while becoming a trusted and positive presence in their daily life.
