I am a Uni student and am looking for extra work during the summer! I love children, I grew up with a brother 10 years younger than I and babysitting was routine. On Sunday nights I currently provide childcare during a church service, where kids have been all with all kinds of temperaments. I am patient, hardworking, and playful. Beyond that, I am a fast learner! With the right information from parents I am up for any challenge! I love bringing fresh experiences into a child's life, but I also cherish their family's rules and traditions- consistency is important. So is respect! I've found that working with children on good behavior works best when their wants, needs, and ideas are considered valid and therefore do my best to treat them as so. Kailey has been absolutely wonderful with our daughter! She has been with us for almost a year now. It was a very smooth transition to with me going back to work full time with her stepping in and helping us out. Kailey has such great energy. She and our daughter play outside constantly and if the weather is bad, do arts and crafts inside. They have so much fun together, but also Kailey does a great job talking with our daughter and explaining things to her. Kailey is helpful around the house cleaning up after lunch and toys after playtime. We would recommend her.
