About Kailey

I am a Uni student and am looking for extra work during the summer! I love children, I grew up with a brother 10 years younger than I and babysitting was routine. On Sunday nights I currently provide childcare during a church service, where kids have been all with all kinds of temperaments. I am patient, hardworking, and playful. Beyond that, I am a fast learner! With the right information from parents I am up for any challenge! I love bringing fresh experiences into a child's life, but I also cherish their family's rules and traditions- consistency is important. So is respect! I've found that working with children on good behavior works best when their wants, needs, and ideas are considered valid and therefore do my best to treat them as so.
