About Kailey

I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, and enthusiastic. I love working with kids because it feels like watching little miracles unfold. Seeing them grow in confidence, master new things, and discover who they are is the most rewarding feeling. Children bring so much honesty, joy, and creativity into the world and they remind me to see life with curiosity. I started working with kids when I became CPR certified at 11 and helped care for my younger siblings. At 16, I taught swim lessons for ages 6 months to 12, later nannied for four wonderful kids, and eventually worked at a pediatric therapy clinic supporting neurodivergent children. I look for a job where I can build trust with both children and families while helping kids feel safe, loved, and encouraged. In my free time, I enjoy art, painting, movies, traveling, long walks, and spending time with my sisters. Families should know I treat every child like family and make sure they feel valued and cared for.
