She has nannied for my two boys (Currently 7yrs and 5.5yrs) since they were newborns. She has gone over and beyond with not only taking care of my two boys, but also making sure they were well loved. Some of her strengths with childcare was always arriving on time. She made sure to follow their eating/sleep schedules, which I outlined prior to leaving. Since she has watched them for many years, those schedules changed frequently. She had no challenges with meeting and following those new schedules when they did change. She is honest and dependable. She is quick on her feet and always making sure the boys are safe. She would come up with new ways to play so that they were always learning and having fun. Now that my boys are school age, they ask us when Kailey will be back again. Kailey is a wonderful person and I trust her without a doubt that she will make a wonderful childcare specialist. She has helped my boys grow and develop into caring young boys. You will not be disappointed by hiring her.
