About Kaile

Hi! My name is Kaile! I bring 8 years of professional experience as a nanny and former preschool teacher. My background spans a wide range of ages, from infancy through elementary-aged children. I find great importance in caring for children with a mindful, nurturing, whole-person, and play-based approach. This would include age-appropriate crafts, sensory activities, reading, singing songs, playing games, and pretend play. My goal is to give your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to express themselves authentically, learned and grow into a wonderful human being. I believe my passion and curiosity for psychology and social work has shaped me into an understanding and compassionate person. I am firm, but kind, and most certainly silly (but know when to be serious). I am big on communication and working as a team. I hope to build a strong bond with the whole family.
