About Kaile

Happy you're here! I am 27 and have roughly 10 years of experience in childcare including short term babysitting in college, 0-5+ daycare, nannying and most recently ABA/autism therapy. Activity/lesson planning, creative/outdoor play, behavior management and active communication are some of my strongest qualities. My CPR/First Aid certifications are not current, but I will update them if you desire. I am looking for a part time position with some flexibility as I travel often. My schedule will always be communicated with ample notice as I know how important childcare is to a smoothly functioning household.
