About Kailee

Hi there! My name is Kailee. I'm 22 years old and am en route to becoming a Pediatric Registered Nurse in the upcoming years! A little bit about me: I began working with kids as an after-school program leader in 2021. After the school year was over, I applied as a Registered Behavior Technician for children with developmental disabilities in 2023 and have worked with a few different companies since then. Currently, I work part-time as a Registered Behavior Technician but I'm in school as a pre-nursing major. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my friends and family, spend time with my many pets, and visit a cute cafe for some matcha! My skills include behavior management, responsibility and awareness, and communication. I'm very patient and understanding when it comes to children. My main goal is to relieve parents of stress and help out where I can.
