About Kailee

Hi there! I'm Kailee Silva, and I'm so excited to find a nanny family to grow with here on the central coast. Being raised here myself, I've attained a great love for the area and its' natural spaces. This appreciation for nature is an element that I bring into my caregiving. With my Psychology degree in one hand and passion for raising Earth-loving little ones in the other, my main goal is to cultivate healthy minds and bodies. Aside from my 8 years of private childcare experience, I've interned 120+ hours under a Registered Art Therapist as a Socioemotional Learning based art teacher and currently work part-time as a Head Teacher/Director at K's' C CC in Morro Bay. I'd love to discuss how my experiences in these contexts have added to my approaches to nannying. My ideal match would be with a family that needs 2-3 days a week now through mid June, as I plan to volunteer abroad for the summer. I know it takes a village, and I'd love to become part of yours
