About Kailee

Hi! My name is Kai, I'm 27 years old, and I have several years of hands-on childcare experience. I nannied throughout high school and into college. I studied English Education in college, including early childhood development coursework, and I'm currently working toward returning to finish my degree online. In addition to nannying, I was a competitive and middle school cheerleading coach for children ages 6-18. Coaching strengthened my leadership skills, patience, and ability to create a structured, positive environment where kids feel confident and supported. I love planning engaging activities and getting kids out of the house. trips to the zoo, parks, reading time, crafts, and creative play are some of my favorites. I believe in balancing fun with learning and helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I am dependable, energetic, nurturing, and truly passionate about helping children thrive in a safe, engaging, and loving environment.
