About Kailee

Hello! I have been working with children for about 15 years. I have special education experience, I've been the lead teacher in daycare for 3 years. I am currently in schools as a Special Education IA. I'm going to school for my early childhood education degree and I'm a mom to a lovely 6-year-old girl! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, funny, and professional I like working with kids because they are the future! I'm looking for a job that I can bring my daughter with me. School is almost out and I'm looking for work for the summer. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, read, paint, hang out with my daughter. One thing you should know about me is I don't care to sugar coat things. My skills include behavioral management, I believe in convention over compliance and I love reading stories to children.
