About Kaila

Experience: 6 yrs

I have worked professionally in education for 6 years and volunteered for 2 years before that at the local child development centers after obtaining my KCCTO certification in highschool. I started the first 2 years career working in early education, with babies from 6 months to 5 years old. The rest of my experience has been with children in SPED specifically with behavior issues. I operate under the philosophy that all behavior is a form of communication. I believe that every moment has a lesson to be learned. I love crafts, knitting, outdoors activities. I would love to be another person on you and your childs team. I look forward from hearing from you!

Kaila what's so amazing with my daughter she helped her with herself confidence and also her coping skills and also their personalities were two of a kind. Kaila well also a support for her when she was in school and also helped her through her tough days and I really appreciated that and she always kept me updated and informed of any changes.
