I cannot recommend Kaila due to severe reliability issues. While she was pleasant when she was here, she no-showed without any notice or communication on three separate occasions, and was consistently late on the days she did work. Reliable childcare is a necessity for our family, and unfortunately, the frequent missed shifts and lateness left us stranded and scrambling. Other families who require dependable punctuality and consistent attendance should look elsewhere.
